1. What are discount coupons?
They are special discount codes that are redeemable in our web shopping cart during checkout. They are emailed to members or can appear as special offers listed on our website. They are time-sensitive and will expire. Please read your email newsletter or website offer to see the date they expire.

2. How can I get them?
It's easy! Become a member! You'll then be sent a discount code. Then once a month we'll email you a newsletter containing new updates and your new discount code. Note: if you incorrectly enter your email address when becoming a member, you will not receive discount codes, order confirmations, or any email from us.

3. How do they work?
Add titles to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to choose a payment method. On the payment method page there is a Redeem Box for you to enter your discount code (see example below). Please note that our discount system is automated so you must enter your discount code into the Redeem Box to receive a discount! Only one discount code can be applied to each order.
